Easy Bat OREO Cookies

These cute little bat treats come together quickly and are a fun Halloween recipe the entire family will love.

Ingredients

• 15 OREO cookies
• 24 Wilton Candy Eyes
• Chocolate Almond Bark (I use the Walmart brand)

Instructions

1. Gently twist 3 of OREO cookies in half. Scrape off the filling and discard. With a sharp serrated knife or using your fingers, slice or break each cookie wafer in half. After this step, you should have 12 cookie halves.
2. Lay the cookies down on wax paper in a batwing formation. Set aside.
3. Melt the chocolate almond bark according to the package directions. 
4. Using a fork, dip the cookie into melted chocolate and cover completely. Place directly on top of two of the wing formations you previously created.
5. Working quickly, add two eyes.
6. Allow to set completely before serving.
