Easy Asian Chicken Salad
I love a good salad! A salad that is easy to throw together when time is short is even better. This yummy salad can be found in our Dump Cooking cookbook.

EASY ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD
I love this salad so much, I could eat the whole bowl all by myself! You will love it too! It's so simple and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. bag broccoli slaw
- 2 cups of lemon rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 small can of mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup of Asian Sesame Ginger dressing (I used the Skinny Girl brand)
- 1/2 cup of chow mein noodles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, place slaw mix, chicken, almonds, and oranges. Mix together.
- Pour the dressing over it and toss together with a large spatula until everything is coated well.
- Add chow mein noodles for an added crunch.
