EASY APPLE CARAMEL DUMP CAKE
It doesn't get easier than this. This apple caramel dump cake is ooey gooey and oh, so yummy!
Ingredients
- 2 (21 oz.) cans apple pie filling
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 (12.25 oz.) jar caramel
- 1 (15.25 oz.) box yellow or white cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks salted butter, cut into thin slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray inside of glass or ceramic 9×13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Empty cans of apple pie filling into the bottom of the baking dish, and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Drizzle caramel over the top of the apples.
- Layer the box of cake mix on top. Spread out evenly.
- Dot the cake with pats of butter.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with caramel. ENJOY!!
