CROCKPOT CHEESY COMFORT POTATOES

This creamy blend of hash browns, sour cream, and melted cheese is slow-cooked to perfection, creating a rich, comforting dish. It's the ultimate comfort food!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. In a 4 quart slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients. Stir in hash browns and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
  2. Cook, covered on LOW for 3 to 4 hours until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with remains cheese for the last 5 minutes.
