The BEST Cauliflower Casserole

Move over, turkey! There's a new star in town this holiday season - Cauliflower Casserole. It's sure to take center stage. It reminds me of Macaroni & Cheese, but you aren’t near as full after you eat it. Get ready to add a new tradition to your holiday spread! Thank you, Mississippi Kween, for sharing your recipe! CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE

CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE

Cook ModePrevent screen from turning off

Ingredients

  • 48 oz. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
  • 12 oz. of sour cream
  • 2.5 oz of Real Bacon Bits
  • 16 oz. of cheddar cheese, divided
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13" baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked cauliflower. Mix to get out some of the large chunks.
  4. Add the sour cream and bacon.
  5. Add half of the cheese and mix.
  6. Place in your baking dish. Top with the rest of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
