The BEST Cauliflower Casserole
Move over, turkey! There's a new star in town this holiday season - Cauliflower Casserole. It's sure to take center stage. It reminds me of Macaroni & Cheese, but you aren’t near as full after you eat it. Get ready to add a new tradition to your holiday spread! Thank you, Mississippi Kween, for sharing your recipe! CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
Ingredients
- 48 oz. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
- 12 oz. of sour cream
- 2.5 oz of Real Bacon Bits
- 16 oz. of cheddar cheese, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Spray a 9 x 13" baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked cauliflower. Mix to get out some of the large chunks.
- Add the sour cream and bacon.
- Add half of the cheese and mix.
- Place in your baking dish. Top with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
