Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream
  • 2 cups of Fiesta blend cheese, shredded
  • 1 (10 oz.) of Rotel, drained
  • 1 pack of taco seasoning (We used 2 TBS of Y'all Brands Texas Street Taco Seasoning)
  • Fritos

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
  3. Serve with Fritos.
