EASY PRETZEL CHICKS

Delight kids and adults alike with these cute little pretzel chicks. They are super cute!

Ingredients

• mini pretzel twists
• almond bark or yellow candy melts
• yellow gel food coloring (if using almond bark)
• orange M&M's
• black sprinkles

Instructions

1. Lay out the number of pretzels for the number of chicks you want to make.
2. Cut the orange m&ms in half for the number of beaks you will need.
3. Heat the almond bark or yellow candy melts in the microwave for 1 minute.
4. Take it out and stir.
5. Continue heating in 30-second increments until it is melted.
6. If you are using almond bark, add the food coloring until you reach your desired shade of yellow.
7. Put the almond bark or candy melts in a sandwich bag.
8. Cut off the tip of the bag.
9. Pipe the almond bark or candy melts into the middle of the pretzel.
10. Add half an M&M for the beak and one sprinkle for the eye.
11. Put them in the refrigerator or leave them on the counter until they have hardened.
