Ranch Pasta Salad

RANCH PASTA SALAD
This is the perfect summer salad. It's easy to put together and filled with all your favorite veggies. PLUS...ranch dressing! You can't go wrong.
Ingredients
- 1 box (12 oz.) tricolor rotini pasta
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped cucumbers (peeled and seeded)
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 1/4 cup of your favorite ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water so the pasta can cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, broccoli, cucumber, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.
- Add ranch dressing and stir again to coat the noodles and vegetables in the dressing.
- Serve right away or let it refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
- You may need to add more dressing later.
