Mom’s Apple Crisp
Nothing beats a homemade apple pie, but when you are short on time (or energy), you must try my mom’s Apple Crisp. It’s so good!

MOM'S APPLE CRISP
Ingredients
- 5 medium-sized apples, diced
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick of butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Place the apples in an 8 x 8" baking dish.
- In a medium-sized bowl, use a pastry blender to combine the rest of the ingredients until they are crumbly.
- Add to the top of the apples.
- Bake for 40 -50 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream!
