We love having green bean casserole during all of the holidays! It’s our daughter’s favorite.

GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

Our daughter Madison loved Green Bean Casserole growing up. I made it and took it to every potluck supper at church because I knew it was the one thing she would eat. :)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cans (14.5 ounce each) any style green beans, drained
  • 1 1/3 cups fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and pepper in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  2. Stir in green beans and 2/3 cup fried onions.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir.
  4. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake for 5 minutes longer or until onions are golden brown.
