Grandma's Chicken Casserole

This super-simple, five-ingredient chicken casserole recipe comes together quickly and bakes up beautifully.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 cans (10.5 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 3 cups plain panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Heat over to 350°
  2. Place chicken evenly in the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Spoon and spread the soup mixture evenly over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
  4. In a medium bowl, stir bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over cheese.
  5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bread crumbs are golden brown and thoroughly heated.
