Easy Lasagna Soup

EASY LASAGNA SOUP
This lasagna soup is the ultimate comfort food. So yummy served with a crusty piece of bread. You will love it!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) garlic roasted tomatoes, undrained
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 lasagna noodles broken into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the meat over medium-high heat. Do not drain fat off the meat.
- Add garlic roasted tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, beef broth, water and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the broken uncooked noodles to the soup. Stir to combine. Simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are cooked through.
- Just before serving, stir in heavy cream and mozzarella cheese.
