CARAMEL APPLE CRACK PRETZEL SALAD
This Caramel Apple Crack Pretzel Salad is a fun fall twist on the famous Strawberry Crack Pretzel Salad. It's one of our favorite ways to enjoy an apple dessert. You will love it!
Ingredients
SUGARED PRETZELS
- 1 cup pretzels, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups diced apples, about 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
Instructions
SUGARED PRETZELS
- Mix together crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, brown sugar and melted butter.
- Spread in large baking sheet with sides ( I used a jelly roll pan) and bake at 400° for 7 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool and break into small pieces.
CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in the caramel sauce until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Stir in diced apples and sugared pretzels.
- Enjoy!
