2 Ingredient (Egg Free) Pumpkin Brownies

Now these are not like your normal brownies. The pumpkin puree gives the brownie a more dense and moist taste, which I totally love! The pumpkin flavor is not that strong so don’t be afraid to try it! The bonus part is that the recipe is egg free, so it’s great for allergies. It’s even rumored to be an old Weight Watchers recipe but you might want to leave off the extra chocolate chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1 can of pumpkin puree
  • chocolate chips (optional for decorating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. Spray your 9 x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix the brownie mix with the pumpkin in a medium-size bowl.
  4. Pour into the baking dish. Add the chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Tip: Slice with a plastic knife.
